Terms of Service & Community Rules

Official rules governing use of the RSCRevived website, forums, game server, client, Discord community, support systems, and related services.

Effective date: July 17, 2026

How to Read These Rules

These rules apply to every person who accesses or uses RSCRevived, including visitors, account holders, players, forum users, Discord members, purchasers, testers, volunteers, and staff when acting through the service. “RSCRevived” or “the service” includes the website, forums, game servers, official clients and downloads, Discord community, payment and support systems, and related features operated for RSCRevived.

“Staff” means persons authorized by RSCRevived to administer, moderate, support, develop, secure, or operate the service. An approval or exception is valid only when officially issued by RSCRevived through an authorized process; informal comments by an individual staff member do not create a permanent exception.

Headings improve readability but do not limit a rule’s meaning. Examples are illustrative rather than exhaustive. If two provisions overlap, they should be read together in the manner that best protects fair play, community safety, and service integrity.

Quick Navigation

1. Core Expectations

Use RSCRevived fairly, responsibly, and respectfully. You must not misuse the website, forums, game server, official client, Discord community, payment system, support process, staff tools, or any related feature.

Creating an account and playing RSCRevived is free. Support credits, subscription cards, account services, and other digital benefits are optional and do not provide ownership of the service, immunity from these rules, or permission to gain an unfair advantage.

You must follow reasonable staff instructions issued to protect the service, investigate suspected abuse, contain an exploit, correct an error, satisfy payment or legal requirements, or keep players and the community safe.

You must not use RSCRevived for unlawful activity, threats, harassment, fraud, spam, punishment evasion, interference with operations, or conduct intended or reasonably likely to harm RSCRevived, its users, its partners, or its reputation.

Do not search for technicalities or loopholes. If a rule, feature, transaction, client behavior, or staff instruction is unclear, ask through an official support channel before acting.

No ruleset can anticipate every circumstance. RSCRevived may take reasonable, proportionate action against conduct that defeats the purpose of these rules or materially undermines fair play, community safety, payment integrity, security, or reliable operation, even when the exact conduct is not expressly listed.

RSCRevived may revise these rules as needed for safety, balance, technical operation, payment compliance, legal requirements, or community health. Material changes should be communicated through an official channel when reasonably practicable.

2. Accounts & Identity

You are responsible for your website and forum accounts, game characters, credentials, linked email address, messages, trades, gameplay, support requests, and payment activity. You remain responsible for activity performed through your account regardless of who accessed it, except to the extent RSCRevived determines that the account was compromised without your authorization.

Keep passwords and recovery information secure, use accurate account information where required, and maintain access to your linked email address. Notify support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Staff may use the linked email and other reasonably available verification information for recovery, security, support, and payment-dispute review.

Do not sell, rent, broker, transfer, give away, or share accounts. Account sharing is not supported. You remain responsible for activity on your accounts and characters, and RSCRevived may restrict accounts involved in sharing, disputes, fraud, impersonation, payment abuse, or staff confusion. RSCRevived may refuse to recognize private account-sharing or transfer arrangements and is not responsible for losses arising from them.

You must not create, acquire, or use an account to evade a ban, mute, jail, trade limitation, payment restriction, service restriction, staff instruction, or investigation outcome. Accounts reasonably linked to evasion or coordinated abuse may be restricted together.

Do not impersonate or falsely claim affiliation with RSCRevived staff, developers, owners, Jagex, Stripe, support agents, trusted middlemen, content creators, or another player. Do not use names, titles, avatars, signatures, or messages that are materially deceptive.

RSCRevived may reserve, change, reclaim, or remove account names, character names, titles, forum content, signatures, or avatars that are offensive, abusive, misleading, infringing, inactive, reserved for operational use, or likely to cause impersonation or confusion.

3. Community Conduct

Treat other people with dignity. Harassment, stalking, doxxing, credible threats, hate speech, slurs, sexual harassment, targeted abuse, or encouragement of self-harm is prohibited. Context, severity, repetition, intent, and impact may all be considered.

Do not publish or threaten to publish another person’s private information without authorization, including real names, addresses, phone numbers, workplaces, schools, payment information, email addresses, IP addresses, private credentials, or private communications. Sharing information for a legitimate report must be limited to authorized staff channels.

Do not spam, flood, excessively flame or bait others, grief community spaces, post repetitive disruptive messages, advertise without permission, or distribute malicious, deceptive, phishing, or credential-harvesting links.

Sexually explicit content, graphic shock content, illegal content, malware, stolen data, exploitation, and content that endangers minors or vulnerable persons is prohibited. RSCRevived may apply stricter standards in public, newcomer, or age-sensitive spaces.

Do not argue moderation actions or ongoing disputes across public channels. Use the appropriate report, support, or appeal process. Criticism offered in good faith is permitted, but harassment, disruption, retaliation, or attempts to mobilize abuse are not.

Use forum categories, Discord channels, tickets, and support forms for their intended purposes. Authorized staff may move, edit, label, lock, hide, or remove content to enforce these rules, protect privacy, preserve evidence, or maintain an orderly service.

4. Fair Play & Game Integrity

You must not discover and then exploit, reproduce, conceal, or profit from bugs, duplication methods, packet behavior, client errors, item-spawn errors, shop or pricing mistakes, rollback behavior, pathing flaws, combat defects, or payment or digital-delivery errors.

Stop using a suspected serious exploit and report it privately through an official support channel. Do not publish instructions, demonstrations, code, data, or operational details that would enable others to reproduce abuse. Limited information may be shared only as reasonably necessary for a private report.

Do not use real-time assistance, data, or tooling that provides an unfair advantage in combat, skilling, trading, market decisions, pathing, prayer, timing, target selection, staff detection, or any other competitive activity. Whether an advantage is unfair may depend on automation, hidden information, speed, precision, consistency, or circumvention of intended mechanics.

Do not obstruct an investigation, destroy or falsify evidence, hide exploited items, launder illegitimate wealth, coordinate false explanations, or move gains through alternate accounts, trades, drops, storage, or third parties.

RSCRevived may quarantine, remove, restore, or adjust items, wealth, experience, ranks, records, cards, credits, names, or progress connected to exploitation, fraud, compromise, or error. Corrective action may occur while the associated disciplinary decision remains under review.

RSCRevived may perform partial or full rollbacks, corrections, or data restorations when reasonably necessary to contain exploitation, repair corruption, resolve severe technical errors, or protect game and economic integrity.

5. Automation, Botting & Clients

Use only downloads and clients officially provided or approved by RSCRevived. You are responsible for confirming approval through an official source before using a third-party client, plug-in, configuration, or tool.

Botting and unauthorized automation are prohibited. You must not use modified clients, packet injection or manipulation, memory editing, reflection tools, macros, auto-clickers, scripts, unauthorized overlays, proxy tooling, or other software or hardware methods that bypass intended client or server behavior or perform actions for you.

An official PKER account mode or accelerated PvP training setting, if available, is a gameplay option only. It does not permit automation, grant free accounts, stats, gear, items, manual staff setup, preferential enforcement, guaranteed rankings, or any exception to fair-play, trading, client, or PvP rules.

You must not automate login, registration, account creation, forum posting, support requests, payment attempts, voting, rewards, highscore activity, trading, mule activity, or any website, client, or game action unless RSCRevived has expressly enabled that automation as an official feature.

Do not disable, avoid, spoof, interfere with, or bypass anti-cheat systems, logging, throttles, rate limits, update checks, authentication, telemetry required for integrity, or client-integrity controls.

The absence of immediate detection or enforcement does not make a tool or behavior permitted. RSCRevived may evaluate the capability and effect of a tool, not merely its name or the user’s stated purpose.

6. Economy, Trading & Services

Real-world trading is prohibited. Do not buy, sell, advertise, broker, or exchange accounts, characters, names, items, gold, services, support credits, subscription cards, or other RSCRevived value for money, cryptocurrency, gift cards, payment-app transfers, goods, services, currency or assets from another game, or anything else of value outside RSCRevived.

Do not scam or knowingly engage in deceptive trade conduct, including trade switching, false descriptions, fake middleman or staff claims, impersonation, fabricated guarantees, refund or chargeback threats, or misrepresentation of an item, account, service, price, or payment status.

Do not receive, hold, conceal, divide, transfer, or convert wealth that you know or reasonably should know came from exploitation, banned accounts, stolen or compromised accounts, fraud, unauthorized payments, or other rule-breaking.

Gambling is prohibited unless RSCRevived expressly operates a lawful official feature. This includes player-run casinos, raffles, wagering, games of chance, randomized stakes, or arrangements that risk in-game value, outside value, or both. Do not use RSCRevived to convert game value into real-world value.

RSCRevived may hold, reverse, void, trace, or correct trades and services reasonably connected to fraud, exploitation, account compromise, payment disputes, error, or rule-breaking. Staff may temporarily restrict relevant accounts or assets while reviewing the matter.

Players enter ordinary trades at their own risk. Staff may assist where evidence supports a violation but do not guarantee recovery of voluntarily transferred items or enforcement of informal player agreements.

7. PvP, Wilderness, Duels & Competition

PvP is permitted where game mechanics allow it. Competitive play does not excuse harassment, deception outside intended gameplay, technical abuse, or conduct prohibited elsewhere in these rules.

PKER accounts, when officially available, may receive different combat-training rates or other published account-mode settings. They remain subject to the same client, automation, economy, trading, competition, and conduct rules as every other account and receive no unlisted staff-granted benefit.

Luring through intended in-game strategy may be part of PvP, but luring through staff impersonation, false client or website claims, payment promises, real-world threats, account-recovery tricks, malicious links, or fabricated rule explanations is prohibited.

Do not boost, feed kills, rig fights, farm alternate or cooperative accounts, collude to predetermine outcomes, or manipulate highscores, duel records, kill records, event standings, eligibility, or rewards.

Combat automation and unfair assistance are prohibited, including unauthorized overlays, packet tools, target scripts, prayer scripts, freeze timers, one-click combinations, hidden-information displays, or tools that materially improve reaction speed, timing, targeting, or consistency beyond intended play.

Official events may impose additional published rules, eligibility requirements, or equipment restrictions. Violations may result in disqualification, reward removal, record correction, or loss of access to current or future events in addition to other enforcement.

8. Payments, Support Credits & Subscription Cards

Support credits are optional digital account credits usable only for eligible RSCRevived services. They are not charitable donations, are not tax-deductible, do not represent stored money or ownership, and have no cash value except where non-waivable law requires otherwise.

Support credits, subscription cards, account services, and digital benefits may not be cashed out, withdrawn, exchanged for money, resold for real-world value, gambled, wagered, or used outside RSCRevived. They remain subject to these rules and any terms shown at purchase or redemption.

Payments are processed through Stripe or another identified payment processor. Payment card numbers and sensitive payment credentials are handled by the processor and are not intended to be stored by RSCRevived. Processor terms and privacy practices may also apply.

Credits or benefits are delivered only after RSCRevived receives a verified server-side payment confirmation. A screenshot, browser redirect, receipt image, promise, pending authorization, or chat message does not by itself establish payment or entitlement.

Payment fraud, stolen or unauthorized payment methods, false disputes, abusive chargebacks, payment-link manipulation, repeated failed attempts intended to evade controls, or attempts to manipulate checkout or digital delivery are prohibited.

Submit refund requests as soon as reasonably possible, preferably within 24 hours of payment, through an official support channel. Subject to applicable law and processor requirements, unused credits may be removed and refunded after review if they have not been spent, redeemed, loaded, transferred, or connected to fraud, abuse, a dispute, or rule-breaking.

Spent credits, delivered subscription cards, completed account services, and consumed digital benefits are generally final, except where RSCRevived confirms a delivery error or applicable law or a payment processor requires another outcome.

RSCRevived may delay or disable payments, hold or remove credits, reverse digital delivery, preserve transaction records, or restrict relevant accounts while conducting a fraud, chargeback, legal, compliance, or processor review. Nothing in these rules limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

9. Security, Privacy & Technical Abuse

Do not access or attempt to access an account, server, database, admin panel, log, backup, staff tool, payment system, file, network, or data unless you are expressly authorized to do so.

Do not identify, test, exploit, or facilitate security weaknesses without prior written authorization. Prohibited conduct includes scanning, probing, brute forcing, credential stuffing, session or token theft, SQL injection, cross-site scripting, CSRF abuse, malware, denial-of-service attacks, bot floods, social engineering, and bypassing access controls.

If you discover a suspected security issue, stop testing once you have enough information to make a good-faith private report. Do not access unnecessary data, alter records, maintain persistence, disrupt service, demand payment, or disclose the issue before RSCRevived has had a reasonable opportunity to investigate and address it.

Do not publish or distribute private vulnerabilities, exploit details, webhook information, credentials, secrets, tokens, configuration data, staff-only material, private logs, or data obtained without authorization.

To operate, secure, support, and enforce the service, RSCRevived may collect, store, use, and review information such as IP addresses, device or session indicators, account and gameplay activity, chat and trade records, payment identifiers and status, support communications, moderation actions, linked-account signals, and security events, subject to applicable law and any published privacy notice.

Access to RSCRevived does not authorize security research. A good-faith report may be considered when deciding enforcement, but it does not excuse harmful, excessive, deceptive, or unauthorized testing.

10. Staff, Moderation & Enforcement

RSCRevived may use warnings, content removal, mutes, jails, kicks, locks, renames, item or progress corrections, trade reversals, event disqualification, suspension, bans, payment restrictions, service restrictions, or permanent closure of access when reasonably necessary to enforce these rules or protect the service.

Enforcement may consider the nature, severity, duration, frequency, intent, impact, cooperation, prior history, risk of recurrence, and evidence reasonably available. Evidence may include logs, reports, communications, trade and gameplay history, payment activity, IP or device patterns, linked accounts, technical records, and credible third-party information.

Staff are not required to apply identical consequences to circumstances that differ materially. RSCRevived may act across linked accounts, reverse benefits, preserve evidence, or impose temporary protective restrictions while an investigation is pending.

Do not harass or threaten staff, evade staff instructions, retaliate against reporters, use chargeback threats to force an outcome, or demand private evidence, security methods, payment-risk criteria, or information concerning another user.

Staff are expected to act in good faith for safety, fairness, and reliable operation. Suspected staff misconduct should be reported privately with specific names, dates, approximate times, context, and available evidence. Knowingly false or retaliatory accusations are prohibited.

RSCRevived may take immediate action without advance notice where delay could increase the risk of fraud, exploitation, security damage, evidence loss, real-world harm, processor noncompliance, or major disruption. When appropriate, a review or appeal may follow after the immediate risk is contained.

11. Reports, Support & Appeals

For the fastest assistance, open a ticket in the Support section of the RSCRevived Discord server at https://discord.gg/SGnAy7SzSx and select the category that best matches your issue. Never post passwords, full payment card details, authentication tokens, or other sensitive credentials in a ticket.

If you do not have Discord, you may create a free account at https://discord.com/register or through the Discord application. If you cannot access Discord or prefer email, contact [email protected]. Email responses may take several business days depending on support volume.

A useful report identifies relevant account and character names, the date and approximate time, what occurred, where it occurred, and what outcome or concern is being reported. Include unedited screenshots, video, logs, transaction references, or other relevant evidence when available, while respecting the privacy and security rules above.

Do not submit knowingly false reports, fabricate accusations, deceptively alter evidence, omit material context to mislead staff, coordinate false complaints, impersonate a reporter, or weaponize support to threaten, harass, or punish another person. Abusive, threatening, or excessive use of support may result in closure or enforcement.

Submitting a ticket does not guarantee item restoration, refunds, account changes, stat changes, staff action, or disciplinary action against another player.

Appeals must be honest, respectful, concise, and submitted through the designated process. Identify the action being appealed, explain the relevant facts, acknowledge any violation where appropriate, and describe information or changed circumstances that justify reconsideration. Duplicate, spammed, abusive, or materially dishonest appeals may be closed without further review.

Submitting an appeal does not automatically pause an enforcement action. RSCRevived may establish appeal deadlines, limit repeat appeals absent new information, or designate certain urgent safety or processor decisions as final to the extent permitted by law.

To protect users, reporters, investigations, security, and payment systems, staff may limit or decline discussion of private evidence, internal methods, payment-risk details, another person’s account, or another person’s disciplinary outcome. Staff may still confirm the status of your own ticket when appropriate.

12. Acceptance of These Rules

By creating an account, accessing the service, or continuing to use RSCRevived, you acknowledge that you have had an opportunity to review these rules and agree to follow them. If you do not agree, do not create an account, make a payment, or use RSCRevived.

You acknowledge that RSCRevived is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by Jagex Limited. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.

You acknowledge that support credits and digital benefits are optional, limited to eligible RSCRevived services, have no cash value except where required by law, and cannot be cashed out or used as a substitute for real-world currency.

You acknowledge that violations may affect any related access or benefit, including website and forum accounts, game characters, Discord access, names, items, wealth, progress, rankings, credits, subscription cards, services, downloads, payment access, and community features.

RSCRevived may update these rules by publishing a revised version and effective date through an official service channel. Continued use after the revised rules take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated rules, except where applicable law requires a different form of notice or consent.

The version published on the official RSCRevived website is the current controlling version. Downloadable, mirrored, or reposted copies are provided for convenience. If another copy differs from the official website, the website version controls. RSCRevived should update all official copies promptly to keep them identical.

RSCRevived is provided on an “as available” basis. Maintenance, outages, software defects, attacks, exploits, security incidents, data corruption, or circumstances beyond reasonable control may interrupt access or require changes, corrections, or rollbacks. RSCRevived does not promise uninterrupted availability or permanent preservation of characters, items, rankings, progress, names, or digital benefits, subject to rights that cannot be excluded by law.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions should continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted. A failure to enforce a provision in one instance does not waive the right to enforce it later. Official written exceptions apply only to the specific person, conduct, and period identified.

Questions about these rules should be submitted through the support channels in Rule 11. These rules form the complete community and service conduct policy unless supplemented by an officially published event rule, purchase term, privacy notice, or feature-specific policy.
