RSCRevived Terms of Service
These terms describe the basic rules for using the RSCRevived website, game server, Revived Diamonds, and subscription-card system.

Creating an account and playing does not require payment. Optional Support RSCRevived thank-you Diamonds may be available when support checkout is enabled.
Worlds, rankings, items, and website tools may be changed, interrupted, or reset for maintenance, balance, or safety.

Operation and domain
RSCRevived.org is an independently operated community website and game service based in the United States. The RSCRevived operator controls the domain and administers the website, forum, servers, downloads, and community services. Control of the domain does not by itself establish registered or exclusive trademark rights in the RSCRevived name.
Independent project and third-party rights
RSCRevived is an independent fan-run private server and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, approved by, or operated by Jagex Limited. RuneScape and related names, marks, game content, and intellectual property belong to Jagex Limited and/or their respective owners and licensors.
RSCRevived server and client software is privately maintained. It is not offered as a public open-source project. Contributor-created artwork, writing, audio, and other material remains subject to the rights of its creator or other rights holder unless a valid license or written assignment provides otherwise. Displaying, distributing, or using material through RSCRevived does not by itself transfer ownership to the operator, a contributor, or a user.
Scope of these terms
These terms apply to the RSCRevived website, forum, game server, downloads, account tools, Revived Diamonds, subscription cards, staff tools, and related community spaces. References to RSCRevived mean the RSCRevived project, its website, its game server, its staff, and the project operator.
Using RSCRevived does not create an ownership, partnership, employment, agency, investment, or business relationship between you and RSCRevived.
Free account access
Creating an account and playing RSCRevived does not require a purchase.
Revived Diamonds and supporter cards are optional thank-you benefits for players who choose to support RSCRevived.
Age and permission
If you are under the age of majority where you live, you must have a parent or guardian review and accept these terms before you use the website, game server, Revived Diamonds, or subscription-card system.
Service availability
RSCRevived is provided as available. The website, forum, downloads, game server, account tools, Revived Diamonds, subscription cards, rankings, and related services may be changed, interrupted, limited, disabled, rolled back, reset, or discontinued for maintenance, security, balance, abuse prevention, payment issues, technical issues, or project needs.
RSCRevived does not guarantee uninterrupted access, permanent uptime, permanent rankings, permanent item availability, permanent character availability, or error-free operation.
Accounts, characters, and virtual items
Accounts, characters, names, ranks, stats, items, banks, inventories, Diamonds, cards, logs, and other game or website records are digital service records used only inside RSCRevived. They are not property, have no cash value, and may not be sold, purchased, traded, wagered, transferred for outside value, or exchanged for real-world value.
RSCRevived may correct, reverse, remove, restore, rebalance, or roll back accounts, characters, items, stats, Diamonds, services, or transactions when needed for bugs, exploits, duplication, fraud, chargebacks, security, moderation, balance, or technical integrity.
Revived Diamonds
Revived Diamonds are an optional thank-you balance for RSCRevived services only. Payments made to support RSCRevived provide digital thank-you benefits (Diamonds, supporter cards, or account tools). They are not charitable contributions, are not tax-deductible, and no charitable receipt is issued. Diamonds have no cash value and cannot be cashed out, withdrawn, resold, wagered, or exchanged for outside value.
Where Stripe checkout is available, Stripe may display the product name “Support Credits.” After payment confirmation, the matching number of Revived Diamonds is credited as a thank-you. Supporting RSCRevived does not grant ownership of the game, the website, a character, an item, any intellectual property, guaranteed permanent access, a staff decision, or any benefit beyond the specific digital thank-you described at the time of redemption.
Subscription cards
Revived Diamonds may be spent on in-game subscription cards and available account services at the prices shown before purchase. Each card grants the membership duration stated when redeemed. Diamond package bonuses apply only to confirmed package payments, not card exchanges, transfers, services, or returned service Diamonds. Benefits, pricing, and availability may change for balance, security, technical, or compliance reasons.
Once Diamonds are spent, redeemed for a card, loaded from a card, transferred through a service, consumed by an approved service, or otherwise used, that digital delivery is generally final unless staff confirms a delivery error or a payment processor requires a different outcome.
Account responsibility
Players are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and following staff instructions, website rules, and in-game rules. The full rules are posted at RSCRevived Rules and are part of these terms.
Abuse and enforcement
RSCRevived may restrict accounts, characters, website access, or game access for cheating, abuse, fraud, chargeback abuse, harassment, exploitation, or attempts to disrupt the service.
Payments and refunds
Payments are processed by Stripe. Support contributions are optional and one-time unless checkout clearly states otherwise. Check the amount, Diamond thank-you total, linked account, and applicable terms before confirming. Payment card numbers and sensitive payment details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by RSCRevived.
Contact support promptly if a purchase was unauthorized, duplicated, or not delivered. Sending your request within 24 hours helps us investigate; this is not a deadline that removes your rights. Include your receipt reference and account name, never card numbers or passwords. Do not make another purchase to fix a missing delivery.
Unused purchases may qualify for a refund after review of the payment and delivery records. Used Diamonds, redeemed cards, consumed benefits, and completed services are generally final, except where applicable law or payment-processor rules require otherwise. A missing delivery or duplicate charge will be investigated and corrected or refunded where appropriate. Account restrictions do not remove any refund rights required by law.
Approved payment refunds are sent to the original payment method. Related base and promotional Diamonds and unconsumed benefits are reconciled to prevent duplicate value; partial refunds are reviewed proportionately. Returning Diamonds for a failed or declined service restores only the original service cost, adds no bonus, and is separate from a refund of money. Diamonds cannot otherwise be cashed out.
Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law or payment-processor rules.
Chargebacks and payment disputes
Please contact support so we can investigate payment and delivery problems. You retain your right to contact your payment provider. A genuine unauthorized-payment report is not treated as abuse merely because it is disputed. We may temporarily hold disputed digital benefits while reviewing the records, and correct duplicated or refunded value. Deliberate payment fraud and exploitation may result in account restrictions under the community rules.
Security and investigations
RSCRevived may review account records, login records, IP addresses, command logs, chat logs, trade records, item records, payment references, support requests, staff actions, and technical logs to protect players, investigate reports, prevent abuse, and maintain the service.
Staff may decline to disclose private evidence, internal logs, security methods, payment-risk details, or information about another player's account, payment, or disciplinary history.
Limitation of responsibility
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RSCRevived is not responsible for lost access, lost progress, lost items, lost rankings, service interruptions, third-party outages, unauthorized account access caused by shared or compromised credentials, or other indirect or consequential losses connected to use of the service.
Rule changes
RSCRevived may update these terms, rules, service availability, prices, and digital benefits when needed for safety, balance, technical work, abuse prevention, legal review, or payment-processor compliance.
